Mayfly Toys was born out of frustration with all the trash that comes with celebrating Easter with small children. Our mission is to furnish all the fun little toys that your kids love, but in biodegradable versions that don't last any longer than you want them to.

We are currently using Eco Eggs biodegradable Easter eggs. They are compostable in your municipal compost bin. Many of our favors are also compostable, because they are made of natural materials with non-toxic colors.
Our toys aren't plastic. Craft or sew with our felt baubles. People your block castles or wooden trains with our worry dolls, adorn your friends and teddies with our cotton bracelets, dramatize bedtime stories with our finger puppets. Stash them in our colorful recycled bags when you're done for the day. Let us know what your kids do with Mayfly Toys!
Biodegradable toys, including eggs, will last many years if kept dry indoors. Leave them outside in the sun and rain and... well, they'll start to return to the earth.
